How information is handled on this website and when you contact Pangeasoft.
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Who this notice covers
This notice explains how information is handled on the Pangeasoft website and in project enquiries. PANGESOFT DIGITAL LTD is the proposed company name and formation is in progress. The registered company and controller details will be added before trading begins. Questions about personal information can be sent to [email protected].
Information you choose to share
If you email us, the information received may include your name, contact details, company, project brief and correspondence. Please only provide information needed to discuss the project and avoid sending sensitive personal data or account credentials.
How the contact form works
When you press “Send enquiry”, your name, email address, optional company and website, selected service, budget, timing and message are sent securely to our website server. The server passes your enquiry to [email protected] through Google Workspace. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so we can respond. The website does not keep a separate database of enquiry content. Enquiries remain in the business mailbox in line with the retention approach below. Limited anti-abuse records contain a keyed, non-readable representation of the network address, timestamps and request references; records older than 24 hours are discarded on subsequent submissions. These records do not contain your message or contact details.
Website access, security and cookies
The site does not add advertising cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or local-storage identifiers. Fonts and site imagery are served with the website. The hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and access times to deliver and secure the site. The domain uses Cloudflare, which may apply security measures and strictly necessary technical cookies. Its processing is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, assess a possible project and manage relevant correspondence. Depending on the circumstances, this may be to take steps at your request before a contract or for legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. Records required by applicable law are processed to meet those obligations. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers and international handling
Website hosting, network security and the email service you use may process information in locations outside your country. Business service providers may receive information only where needed to support the relevant service. Information is not sold. Google Workspace processes messages sent through the contact form. If an engagement requires additional tools or sharing, those arrangements should be identified during onboarding.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, relevant follow-up or applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, or raise an objection or restriction request, where applicable. Send your request to [email protected]. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or the relevant supervisory authority.
Changes to this notice
This notice will be updated as the business launches or the website’s data handling changes. If analytics, online payments or other data-processing features are introduced, the associated processing and any required choices will be explained before those features are used.
