Cancellation & refunds
A clear framework for cancellation requests, delivery concerns and any approved refunds.

Current payment status
This website does not currently accept payments or place orders. The information below describes the approach to be confirmed in the written agreement for a future engagement after company formation and commercial onboarding.
Requesting a cancellation
Send cancellation requests to [email protected], identifying your project and any invoice reference. A request will be reviewed against the agreed scope, work completed, delivery status and authorised commitments. Sending a cancellation request does not itself confirm the amount of any refund.
Before work begins
The written agreement will define how cancellation before the start date is handled. Any approved refund will take account of costs or third-party commitments that were expressly authorised and cannot reasonably be recovered.
After work has started
For a project cancelled after work has begun, completed work, agreed milestones and authorised third-party costs will be considered under the contract. Any unused prepaid portion and the basis for retaining any amount will be explained. Custom services do not carry a blanket promise of a full refund regardless of delivery.
Recurring services
The notice period, renewal schedule and treatment of a part-completed service period will be stated in the recurring service agreement. Cancellation stops future activity in accordance with those terms; it does not automatically reverse charges for completed or committed work.
Delivery concerns and approved refunds
If a deliverable appears inconsistent with the agreed scope, explain the issue in writing so it can be reviewed and a suitable remedy considered. When a refund is approved, its amount, method and expected processing timeframe will be confirmed in writing. Payment-provider and bank processing times may vary.
Applicable rights
This policy does not remove any statutory rights that apply to a particular transaction. The accepted project agreement and applicable law determine the final treatment of a cancellation or refund.
